We are a busy and growing manufacturing business, looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our production team.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid licence required).
Load and unload products from machinary.
Move stock to designated storage locations.
Assist with packing, and wrapping orders.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
Support other team members as needed.

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
Able to work on a rotating shift pattern- earlies then lates-Monday to Friday
Previous experience in production/manufacturing role
Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.

What We’re Looking For

  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements).
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
