Machine Operators

The Role

This is a shop floor based role and will involve the setup and operation of manufacturing machines. No specific experience is required as full training will be given. The successful candidates must have had prior experience operating machinery in a fast paced factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• The operation of a range of machinery and equipment
• Ensure machines are running to optimum capability.
• Ensure high levels of inspection and quality control.
• Provide clear communication to both Managers and other team members.
• Fully engage with any company improvement initiatives
• General production duties upon request

• Must be able to work a double day shift pattern.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills
• Be a team player.
• Be willing to learn new skills.
• Be flexible with working hours and day to day duties.

Hours of Work

• 40 hours per week (6 – 2 & 2 – 10) on a rotating double day shift
• Continental shifts are available
• Flexibility essential
