We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer of plastic components; this is a temporary to permanent position. All training will be given, and pay increases are in place after 12 weeks of employment. We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude that is looking for security.

Overview

TIG Welder

We are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder to join our client’s team.

A weld test would be incorporated into the interview process.

 

Requirements and Duties:

  • You will be required to produce fillet and butt welds in thickness and combinations of materials between 0.2mm to 3mm.
  • We require a TIG Welder to predominantly weld thin austenitic stainless steel, group 8.1.
  • Thicknesses up to 5.5mm and even 11mm are occasionally welded.
  • Weld qualifications to ISO 9606 (141) will need to be acquired in time.
  • An understanding of engineering drawings and principles would be an advantage
  • Work to customer and internal specifications
  • Examples of current, or even lapsed Welder Qualifications Records, WQR’s that will give an indication of experience.

Hours

  • Monday – Thursday, 0830-1700, and Friday 0800-1630, at £10.00 to £12.00/hour, on a temp to perm basis.

Trainee Finishing Operative

Trainee Finishing Operative

  • You will be working within a diverse role that will require you to use handheld tools to finish the moulding process
  • This will include cutting, trimming of plastic products
  • Palletising products ready for dispatch
  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Working Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:00pm

Work Experience / Requirements:

  • Free onsite parking
  • Temp to permanent position
  • All training will be given

Pay Rates:

  • £8.75 an hour
  • Increase pay after 12 weeks
  • PAYE only

Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Advisor role based in Coldmeece.

Our client is a privately owned company, providing customer support and phone IT repairs for blue-chip companies in the UK.

Overview

  • Non-customer facing – all phone/computer work
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Will be dealing with larger companies for non-direct repairs
  • Must be calm, as the role requires speaking to customers with complaints.
  • Perfect for an individual looking a long term  position.
  • Must have own transport due to location. No public transport available.
  • Hours are 09:00-17:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch, Mon-Fri, £9.50/hour, temp to perm contract.

Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Advisor for a client in Coldmeece.

About the role:

Coordinate and deliver effective organisation, booking and transfers of vehicles via phone, email and as a face-to-face point of contact for customers and visitors. This is an exciting internal opportunity. We’re looking for someone to carry out the following:

  • Pro-active planning of vehicle collection
  • Liaising with other areas of the business to coordinate vehicle availability.
  • Accurate maintenance of electronic proof of delivery system
  • Coordinate offsite vehicle transfers with customers and transport companies
  • Administration support for operations department
  • Maintenance of daily reports
  • Supporting reception and customer arrivals
  • Assisting with monthly stock taking
  • Resolving vehicle handover issues and unexpected arrivals on-site.
  • Repatriation of vehicle items
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety and ISO.

Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday on a shift rotation basis between 07:00-19:00. E.g. working 7.5 hours between these hours, on a rotation basis.
  • MUST be flexible and able to cover all shifts.
