Overview

TIG Welder

We are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder to join our client’s team.

A weld test would be incorporated into the interview process.

 

Requirements and Duties:

  • You will be required to produce fillet and butt welds in thickness and combinations of materials between 0.2mm to 3mm.
  • We require a TIG Welder to predominantly weld thin austenitic stainless steel, group 8.1.
  • Thicknesses up to 5.5mm and even 11mm are occasionally welded.
  • Weld qualifications to ISO 9606 (141) will need to be acquired in time.
  • An understanding of engineering drawings and principles would be an advantage
  • Work to customer and internal specifications
  • Examples of current, or even lapsed Welder Qualifications Records, WQR’s that will give an indication of experience.

  • This will include cutting, trimming of plastic products
  • Palletising products ready for dispatch
  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Working Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:00pm

Work Experience / Requirements:

  • Free onsite parking
  • Temp to permanent position
  • All training will be given

Pay Rates:

  • £8.75 an hour
  • Increase pay after 12 weeks
  • PAYE only

Valeter

Our client is currently hiring Car Valeters to join their company in Cold Meece. This is an exciting opportunity that is a hands-on role, involving inspecting, moving, and preparing cars to a high standard.

Ideally looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast environment with a hands on attitude.

Experience is preferred but not essential as you will receive full training. Uniform and safety boots will also be provided. This is a full time and permanent position. Shift pattern is 12 hours a day, 5 on 5 off, 4 on, 5 on, 5 off, 5 on. Valid driving licence is essential.

With a salary of “23,264/year, with an added shift allowance.

  • Managing valeting product levels – ensuring ample stock at all times, without being overstocked.

Overview

  • Non-customer facing – all phone/computer work
