About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining Fosber corrugator machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a corrugator machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure production quality meets company standards
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Experience operating Fosber or similar corrugator machinery (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights or weekends if required
