The Role

We are looking for a Reprographics Artworker to join our busy team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and adapting artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining brand consistency across all outputs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in print and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and adapting artwork for print and digital use
  • Ensuring files are print-ready, checking colour profiles, bleeds, fonts, and resolutions
  • Retouching and amending artwork where required
  • Liaising with designers, account managers, and printers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring consistency across branding and artwork guidelines
  • Operating reprographics equipment as required (large format printers, scanners, finishing equipment)

About You

  • Proven experience as an Artworker, Reprographics Operator, or in a similar artwork/print role
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
  • Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Digital Printing Press Operative to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role operating digital printing presses to produce high-quality print work, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to deadline. This is based on a continental shift patten of 12 hours, days and nights

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and run digital printing presses
  • Prepare and check artwork and materials prior to printing
  • Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and registration
  • Make adjustments to press settings during production runs
  • Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault finding
  • Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe

Skills & Experience

  • Experience operating digital printing presses is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital print processes, substrates, and inks
  • Strong attention to detail and colour consistency
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lamination Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for operating lamination machinery and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Ensure correct lamination settings for different materials
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
  • Identify and report faults or defects
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Experience with lamination or similar machinery is an advantage (training provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine cardboard structures for packaging, furniture, displays, and other products.
  • Create technical drawings, prototypes, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Test structural integrity and adjust designs for strength, stability, and material efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently to move stock within the warehouse.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
