About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Digital Printing Press Operative to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role operating digital printing presses to produce high-quality print work, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to deadline. This is based on a continental shift patten of 12 hours, days and nights
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and run digital printing presses
- Prepare and check artwork and materials prior to printing
- Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and registration
- Make adjustments to press settings during production runs
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault finding
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Skills & Experience
- Experience operating digital printing presses is preferred
- Knowledge of digital print processes, substrates, and inks
- Strong attention to detail and colour consistency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
