About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lamination Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for operating lamination machinery and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Ensure correct lamination settings for different materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify and report faults or defects
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Experience with lamination or similar machinery is an advantage (training provided)
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work to deadlines and production targets
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts-Rotating Monday to Friday
