We are representing an established business based in Cold Meece. We are looking for an Administrator to join an expanding dynamic team in the Stoke on Trent area.
This role will include:
- General Office administration
- Answering telephone calls
- Liaising with clients
- General clerical work
- Maintaining databases
- Writing letters, and emails,
- Organising meetings with clients
- Preparation of all meeting documents
- Providing Secretarial support to the Managing Director
Skill set required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: (Including)
- Excel (etc)
Good communication skills required to communicate with the internal team and visiting clients.
Excellent written English (Required)
Shifts and hours:
- 9am – 5pm
- 2 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday
