Administrator

Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Limited is working with a local company for the appointment of experienced Administrator. These will be on a temp to permanent basis.  If you have a proven background and strong skill set in administration and customer service then it would be great to hear from you!

 Overview

  • Performing general administration duties – sorting incoming and outgoing post, filing and photocopying
  • Data Input
  • Booking and managing courier collections
  • Handling incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for sales enquiries
  • Customer service
  • Greeting visitors
  • Ordering and managing office supplies

Clerical Assistant Position Requirements

  • Previous customer focused experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Team Player
  • Attention to detail

In Return

  • £8.50 per hour dependent on contract
