Role Overview:
As a Structural Designer specializing in cardboard, you’ll turn concepts into durable, functional, and visually striking designs. You’ll work closely with our product development and prototyping teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, efficient, and aligned with our sustainability goals. This position may also suit a Product design student looking to accelerate their career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine cardboard structures for packaging, furniture, displays, and other products.
  • Create technical drawings, prototypes, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Test structural integrity and adjust designs for strength, stability, and material efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and manufacturers to optimize designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with materials, trends, and innovations in sustainable packaging and cardboard design.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in structural design, preferably with cardboard or other lightweight materials.
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Strong understanding of material properties, folding techniques, and structural mechanics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
  • Experience with prototyping and production processes.

Salary: 14.00-14.50 PH

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Material Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow, accuracy, and availability of materials required for production and operations. You’ll play a key part in inventory management, stock control, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Schedule, track, and control material movements throughout the supply chain.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and departments.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Update inventory systems and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
  • Identify material shortages, delays, or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control and logistics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in material control, inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.

Desirable

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
  • Forklift license (if applicable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
