Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are looking for a full time Service Desk Administrator.

Our client is a growing telecommunications, IT and software company, providing services to a number of large clients.

Service Desk Administrator Role Overview:

  • Updating a maintenance portal
  • Gathering service reports
  • Arranging access to shopping centres for servicing etc
  • Picking up the tasks to compile data for clients.
  • Answering calls but not providing IT support.
  • Handling incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries.

Service Desk Administrator Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • General filing and file maintenance
  • Previous Administrative experience is preferred
  • Good planning and organisational skills

Hours and Pay

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, Full time, 12 weeks temp to perm
  • £21,000/year
  • Office based
