Service Desk Administrator
Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are looking for a full time Service Desk Administrator.
Our client is a growing telecommunications, IT and software company, providing services to a number of large clients.
Service Desk Administrator Role Overview:
- Updating a maintenance portal
- Gathering service reports
- Arranging access to shopping centres for servicing etc
- Picking up the tasks to compile data for clients.
- Answering calls but not providing IT support.
- Handling incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries.
Service Desk Administrator Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- General filing and file maintenance
- Previous Administrative experience is preferred
- Good planning and organisational skills
Hours and Pay
- Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, Full time, 12 weeks temp to perm
- £21,000/year
- Office based
