Finishing Operative

URGENTLY NEEDED

Are you looking for work? We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer of plastic components, this is a temporary to permanent position. All training will be given, and pay increases are in place after 12 weeks of employment.  We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude that is looking for security.

Trainee Finishing Operative

• You will be working within a diverse role that will require you to use handheld tools to finish the moulding process
• This will include cutting, trimming of plastic products
• Palletising products ready for dispatch
• Working within a fast-paced environment
• Working Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:00pm whilst undergoing training, increasing hours to 06:00-16:00 Monday to Friday when permanent. 

Work Experience / Requirements:

• Free onsite parking
• Temp to permanent position
• All training will be given

Pay Rates:

• £10.00 an hour
• Increase pay to £11.00/hour after 12 weeks
• Bonus scheme – based on attendance and productivity, Finishers can expect to make an extra £25-30/week.
