Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to join our client based in Stone, Staffordshire. 

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Administration Assistant will be part of a busy team that runs the daily operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Processing time-sheets, purchase orders and HR forms
  • Processing, chasing, and filing invoices
  • Sorting post and responding to letters and emails
  • General administration duties, data entry, filing etc
  • Greeting Visitors and issuing visitor badges
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages

Personal attributes:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbally;
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar customer facing role ideal;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills;
  • Adaptable and self-motivated
  • Ability to work closely within a small team.

  • Working hours of 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, working 8 hours a day with a 1 hour unpaid break, total 40 hours per week.
