Job Profile for an Administrator– Job Ref: C/DlO/HB


Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Limited are representing a local company, that is seeking to recruit an administrator. This will be on a temp to perm basis (12 weeks).  If you have a proven background and strong skill set in administration and customer service then it would be great to hear from you!


Administrator Position Overview


  • Performing general administration duties – sorting incoming and outgoing post, filing and photocopying
  • Data Input
  • Updating Product Listings
  • Handling incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for sales enquiries
  • Customer service
  • Greeting visitors
  • Ordering and managing office supplies


Administrator Position Requirements


  • Previous customer focused experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excel social media experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Team Player
  • Attention to detail


Clerical Assistant Position Remuneration


  • £8.20+per hour dependent on contract
  • Monday to Friday
  • Temp to Perm
